Welcome From the President

Welcome to the Healthcare Management Forum of Northeast PA, one of five local ACHE Chapters in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 2009 is proving to be the year of change for ACHE local chapters throughout the country due to the 'Combined Membership Structure' initiative implemented by ACHE. Every ACHE member residing in our 15 county territory is now a member of our local Chapter, which includes over 150 ACHE affiliates.

Our chapter strives to organize, educate, inform and serve the needs of our local ACHE members. This mission is critical in a time of National Healthcare Reform as health executives face the challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of the U.S. Healthcare System. I would encourage all ACHE affiliates to become involved in our local Chapter to get the most of your ACHE membership in that it promotes local networking and provides educational opportunities right here in our backyard.

We look forward to your participation in our Chapter and thank you for your commitment and dedication to lead our healthcare organizations to better serve the needs and improve the health of citizens in Northeast Pennsylvania.
